Waternet
Services
Waternet is a joint Dutch organization for the municipality of Amsterdam and the Water Authority Amstel, Gooi and Vecht (AGV) that manages the entire water cycle within its operating area, including the production and distribution of tap water, treating and managing sewage and rainwater, and maintaining surface waters, groundwater, and dikes. It is unique in the Netherlands for managing the entire water cycle, from source to tap and back again.
Waternet needed a communication and visual trajectory to improve its internal and external collaboration and decision-making, especially as it faces complex water challenges. This trajectory involves defining clear communication pathways, roles, and responsibilities to ensure efficient collaboration between its future autonomous organizations, other water partners, municipalities, businesses, and residents. By strengthening strategic cooperation and focusing on common goals, Waternet aims to create a more resilient and effective structure to address issues like water scarcity, quality, flooding, and drought.
